Investigation of structural and optical properties in thin films, nanopowders, bulk crystals, diluted semimagnetic semiconductors crystals, expertise in Raman spectroscopy, FT-IR spectroscopy, Photoluminescence, Analysis of XRD, TEM and SEM.
